Attendance Information

District Attendance Regulations: English  / Español /  إنجليزي

As a way to reduce the amount of paper between home and school please remember the following: 

• Complete the Absence Excuse Form in the Sapphire Community Portal under Student Data Forms. For instructions, please use the following links: English / Español / إنجليزي
• Email pvattendance@pequeavalley.org - please include your child’s name, building they attend,  date(s) of absence, reason for absence 

 

Educational Trip Forms are available in the office and on the PV website. This form must be completed and submitted prior to the scheduled absence. These forms can be emailed to pvattendance@pequeavalley.org
